About the Accused - 

 

Between 1933 and 1948, 116 ships were used in the Aliyah Bet efforts, bringing over 100,000 clandestine immigrants to Palestine. In November 1947, the United Nations voted to partition Palestine into two countries (one Jewish, one Arab). British troops began to withdraw from Palestine in April 1948, and in May 1948 the Zionist leader David Ben-Gurion proclaimed the establishment of the modern State of Israel. All limitations on Jewish immigration were immediately lifted.

As an organized nationalist movement, Zionism is generally considered to have been founded by Theodor Herzl in 1897. However, the history of Zionism began earlier and is intertwined with Jewish history and Judaism. The organizations of Hovevei Zion (lit. 'Lovers of Zion'), held as the forerunners of modern Zionist ideals, were responsible for the creation of 20 Jewish towns in Palestine between 1870 and 1897.

At the core of the Zionist ideology was the traditional aspiration for a Jewish national home through the re-establishment of Jewish sovereignty in Palestine, to be facilitated by the Jewish diaspora (see aliyah). Herzl sought an independent Jewish state (usually defined as a secular state with a Jewish-majority population, in contrast to a theocratic Halakhic state), as expressed in his 1896 pamphlet Der Judenstaat. Though he did not live to witness it, his vision was fulfilled with the founding of the State of Israel in 1948.​

 

Since the creation of the State of Israel on May 14, 1948 and the creation of the first Israeli military, initially named the IDF (Israel Defense Forces), during the term when David Ben-Gurion was the Prime Minister of Israel, on May 26, 1948, there have been an enormous number of massacres, genocides, bombings, acts of genocide and acts of crimes against humanity, committed by the State of Israel and conducted, directly, by the soliders and the military leaders of the Israel Defense Forces. Within Israel, the IDF is, in English, referred to as the Army for the Defense of Israel, as well as, in the Hebrew language acronym, Tzahal. The IDF, as it is most commonly known, has often changed its name and been referred to by different names since its inception. Since the creation of The State of Israel on May 14, 1948, there have been 14 Prime Ministers, all of whom have been, by the political laws of the State of Israel, in charge of the Israel Defense Forces and their various sector, divisions and top military personnel.

 

Current statistics estimate that there are approximately 169,500 to 170,000 Active Duty IDF Personnel, with another 465,000 Reserve Forces, with significant indications that since the most recent conflict which commenced on October 7, 2023, leaving the total military personnel of Israel being approximately 630,000.

Estimates on the division break-down with the IDF are:

 

Army (Israeli Ground Forces) – 526,000

 

Air Force (Israeli Air Force) – 89,000

 

Navy (Israeli Navy) – 19,500

 

The IDF is headed by the Chief of the General Staff, acronym in English being, Rosh Hamatech Haklali, abbreviated Ramatkal. The Current individual holding this military job is Lt. General Eyal Zamir. The Ramatkal, Lt. General Eyal Zamir, reports directly to the Defense Minister of Israel, a position currently held by Israel Katz. Defense Minister Katz has been serving as a Member of the Knesset representing the Likud Party since 1998 and is the 23rd Defense Minister of the State of Israel. Defense Minister Israel Katz reports directly to Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin “Bibi” Netanyahu. Prime Minister Netanyahu is the longest-serving Prime Minister in Israel’s history, having served from 1996 to 1999, 2009 to 2021 and, presently, since December 29, 2022.

 

 

The Petition Demand - 

 

This Petition is being submitted directly to the Secretary General of the United Nations, to all Presidents and Prime Ministers of countries worldwide who recognize The State of Palestine (currently at approximately 120 countries), as well as being placed online for the general public, worldwide, so the general public can electronically and officially sign this Petition in an official, legal manner.

Justification for Arrest - 

 

Since the creation of the State of Israel, in 1948, the IDF has committed many massacres, bombings, rapes, slaughters, genocides and acts of crimes against humanity, as part of their mission to create The Greater Israel. The current genocide being committed against the people of the State of Palestine, while being both horrific and fulfill the legal definition of an actual genocide, yet is only one of many such examples of murder, torture and acts of violence against the women, children and men of the State of Palestine, by the IDF, under orders from 14 Prime Ministers who have served as Israeli Prime Ministers, since Israel was first given State of Israel status in 1946.
